An international airline is looking for a skilled and motivated Station Manager to lead ground operations at Tashkent International Airport (TAS).

This role requires a proactive leader with strong operational expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of airport processes. The Station Manager will oversee all aspects of station performance, including safety, service quality, team management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Resposibilities:

  • Ensure safe, efficient, and on-time aircraft departures

  • Oversee passenger, baggage, and cargo handling operations

  • Monitor Ground Handler performance and ensure service standards are met

  • Enforce compliance with financial and operational procedures

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airport and government authorities

  • Lead, train, and support the station team, ensuring access to up-to-date manuals and SOPs

  • Manage station-related financial transactions and budgeting

  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

  • Prepare and submit daily/monthly reports to headquarters

  • Represent the airline in official airport meetings and external communications

  • Coordinate with customs, immigration, civil aviation, and security authorities

  • Respond promptly to guest complaints and implement corrective actions

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and emergency standards

  • Review and approve vendor and station-related invoices before finance submission

  • Maintain audit readiness and keep operational documentation up to date

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in airline ground operations, including team management

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to manage relationships with airport authorities and vendors

  • Deep knowledge of:

    • CIQ (customs, immigration, quarantine) procedures

    • Dangerous goods and aircraft loading

    • Airline safety and operational standards

    • Ground handling and passenger service protocols
