China Energy foreign investment company has a current opening for a dynamic, customer focused Human Resources Manager.

Summary:

This role will be instrumental in leading change, improving recruiting efficiencies, driving employee retention and accountability. This role will also function as a true business partner to leaders while helping to provide HR services throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Management of employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Able to coordinate with various ministries for work visa/ visit visa for foreigners
  • Knowledge of Labor Law & Labor Court for Local & Expat
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
  • Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonuses and leaves
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in human resources or equivalent Degree
  • 3+ years' experience in the area of Human Resource Management
  • Excellent employee and management communications

  • Knowledge of Labor Regulations and Laws
  • Knowledge of HR policies and its guidelines
  • Able to communicate in English (advanced)
  • Russian & Uzbek languages are a must
