Специалист QA/QC (BESS Project, in Tashkent Region)
Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management System Development: *Establish a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that outlines quality objectives, procedures, and standards for all phases of the project"
2.Contractor and Supplier Evaluation: * Assess and qualify contractors and suppliers based on their quality management practices and performance history. * Review and approve contractors' quality plans to ensure they align with project requirements."
3.Regulatory and Standards Compliance: * Ensure that all project components and processes comply with relevant industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirements. * Monitor compliance throughout the project lifecycle to address any deviations promptly."
4. Site and Material Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of construction activities and incoming materials to verify compliance with quality specifications. Implement inspection protocols that include hold points and witness points for critical processes."
5.Testing and Verification: Oversee performance testing and verification of systems to ensure they meet the specified requirements for efficiency and safety. Manage the testing of materials and components, ensuring they pass all quality checks before acceptance."
6. Non-Conformance Management: * Establish a process for identifying, documenting, and addressing non-conformances found during inspections and testing. * Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence."
7.Documentation and Reporting: * Maintain detailed records of all QA/QC activities, including inspections, test results, and compliance reports. * Prepare regular quality reports for stakeholders, summarizing findings, actions taken, and overall quality status."
8.Stakeholder Communication: *Facilitate clear and effective communication with stakeholders (project owners, contractors, regulatory bodies, etc.) regarding quality matters. Address any quality concerns raised by stakeholders in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring that issues are resolved to maintain project momentum. Goal: Build trust and foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed of the project’s quality status."
9.Continuous Improvement: *Analyze data from inspections and testing to identify trends and opportunities for improving quality processes and outcomes. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices." "10. Training and Awareness: * Develop and provide training programs for project staff and contractors on quality standards and procedures. * Ensure that all personnel involved in the project understand their roles and responsibilities regarding QA/QC." "11.Final Acceptance and Handover: Conduct final inspections and evaluations to determine readiness for project commissioning and operation. Ensure that all QA/QC documentation is complete and accurate for project handover to the operational team." "12. Post-Project Evaluation: * Participate in post-project evaluations to assess the effectiveness of QA/QC processes and identify lessons learned for future projects. * Implement improvements based on feedback and performance evaluations."
Requirements:-Language: Fluent in English, Russian, Uzbek. If also knowing Chinese will have priority for joining.
-4+ years working experience in electrical engineering.
-Computer operation skill of MS office system, CAD, Ability to draft documents proficiently
-Have bachelor degree or higher diplom
-Having experience in other Chinese company also have priority for joining.
-Having experience working with Solar power, BESS, WIND power priority for joining.
