About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with Recruitment Focus to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines end-to-end recruitment with core HR administrative responsibilities, ensuring both talent acquisition and employee management processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales and support roles.
- Source candidates via hh.uz, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct screenings and interviews, and coordinate feedback with hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
- Maintain records in the "Candidate Tracker" tool and track hiring performance metrics.
HR Administration & Employee Records
- Prepare and manage employment contracts and onboarding documents.
- Collect and maintain employee personal files, IDs, and visa/work permit records.
- Track and update HR databases (attendance, leaves, probation, etc.).
Operational HR Support
- Coordinate with managers regarding staff onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain organizational charts and team structures.
- Assist in implementing internal policies and support documentation control.
Requirements
✔ Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in recruitment and/or HR administration.
✔ Skills & Tools:
- Confident with spreadsheets and data tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Experience in using HR software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
✔ Languages:
- Proficient in English, Russian, and Uzbek (written & spoken).
✔ Personality:
- Detail-focused, responsible, and people-oriented.
- Able to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
