HumanLab is looking for an Account Manager to join the client’s team. The company is an advertising network for Web3 projects with its headquarters in Estonia.

Team: 2 Account Managers and Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming inquiries via the website and assisting potential clients in launching campaigns;
  • Identifying and approaching potential clients, presenting the company’s offering, and driving the full sales cycle — from initial contact to closing the deal;
  • Supporting clients in setting up, analyzing, and optimizing their advertising campaigns;
  • Working with CRM by creating and maintaining a database, tracking all interactions with potential clients, and updating relevant information;
  • Collaborating with the technical department to ensure seamless operations and campaign success;

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly, actively listen, and adapt messages to different audiences;
  • Proficiency in working with data, including analyzing, interpreting, and managing large volumes of information using appropriate tools;
  • Adaptability and the ability to quickly adjust to new situations, technologies, and methodologies;
  • Excellent time management skills for prioritizing, organizing, and meeting deadlines effectively;
  • Fluent English (C1);
  • Self-learning ability with the capacity to acquire new knowledge independently and grow professionally;
