Main responsibilities:
Assistance in project management from start to completion, monitoring compliance with the project, budget and deadlines.
Coordinate work with architects, contractors and consultants to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
Participate in weekly meetings with record keeping.
Monitoring of construction works at the site, quality control and compliance with safety standards.
Verification of technical drawings, specifications, and scope statements for accuracy and feasibility, and tender of suppliers.
Regular site inspections and preparation ofprogress reports.
Prompt resolution of technical and engineering issues to prevent delays.
Monitor compliance with building codes and permit requirements in Dubai.
Maintain project documentation, includingcontracts, requests for information, and supplementary agreements.
Requirements:
Higher education in civil engineering, construction management or related fields.
Work experience of at least 3 years in construction / VET engineer, preferably in residential real estate.
Experience working abroad will be a great advantage.
Deep knowledge of construction technologies, materials and engineering systems
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, 1S..
ОExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.
English at the B2 level.
