Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive buying experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring an adequate selection of vehicles to meet customer demand while optimizing turnover and minimizing carrying costs.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Provide regular reports to management.
- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other industry professionals to leverage opportunities for collaboration and business growth.
- Training and Development: Enhance your product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills with our team!
- Marketing: Promote and advertise the firm and current inventory using marketing instruments and tools (Facebook, Instagram, Internal Tools).
- Knowledge of proficient English and Russian for this role is a must. IELTS score of at least 6-7 is required for this role. Knowledge of Japanese or an additional EU language is an advantage.
- Strong proactive skills, discipline, analytical skills, understanding of automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in sales is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, competitive environment and under pressure.
- Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel), Google Sheets and Google tools.
- Age preferrable under 26 with Bachelor's degree
