Email Deliverability Expert

At Prime Clicks, we believe email is one of the most powerful channels to build relationships and drive growth. We’re on a mission to ensure our emails land exactly where they belong — the inbox. As we scale our operations, we’re looking for a data-driven, technically-minded Email Deliverability Expert to join our team and optimize the performance of our outbound email programs.Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize inbox placement across ISPs and email service providers (ESPs).
• Manage sending reputation by implementing proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), maintaining clean lists, and identifying potential blacklisting threats.
• Conduct deliverability audits weekly and troubleshoot sending issues, bounce rates, or spam complaints.
• Implement email rotation when needed
• Serve as the go-to expert for all things email infrastructure and sender reputation.
• Write email campaign sequence
• Launch Email campaigns using database we provide

Qualifications:

• Experience in email deliverability, CRM operations, or ESP/SMTP infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of email protocols and authentication
• Detail-oriented, with excellent troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in high-volume email environments, warm-up strategies, or compliance
• Experience with Email outbound tools (Ex. Instantly)
