Holiday Inn Tashkent City is looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to become the face of our hotel and provide outstanding service to every guest from the very first moment of arrival.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in guests upon arrival, and handle check-out professionally
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and polite manner
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, and English (all three languages are mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Politeness, accuracy, and stress-resistance
• A friendly and positive attitude
• Experience working with OPERA PMS is a strong advantage
Working hours:
Shift schedule 5/2, possible shifts:
08:00–17:00 / 15:00–00:00 / 23:00–08:00
