We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist with a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads. This is a mid-level position designed for a performance-driven marketer with at least 3 years of professional experience in the same role. Experience working within the IT industry, specifically for companies offering custom software development services, is a mandatory requirement.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads.

Build comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with the business goals of IT services and custom software solutions.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to maximize campaign relevance and efficiency.

Optimization & Performance Management:

Monitor and optimize campaigns daily, focusing on CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead.

Execute A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.

Analytics & Reporting:

Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and native ad platform analytics.

Deliver detailed reports on key metrics, trends, and campaign outcomes, suggesting areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to align paid strategies with broader business objectives.

Contribute to lead generation programs aimed at global IT clients interested in custom software development services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on PPC experience, specifically in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads.

Prior experience in a B2B IT company, especially one focusing on custom software development or similar technical services, is a must-have.

Strong knowledge of performance marketing strategies for complex, high-value IT solutions.

Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups.

Solid understanding of SEO basics, remarketing techniques, and funnel optimization.
