Wise Wolves Group is seeking to recruit a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist plays a key role in delivering high-quality HR services, with a primary focus on HR administration and compliance. This role also supports various HR functions including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, training, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and able to balance day-to-day administrative responsibilities with strategic HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration (Primary Focus)

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems and personnel files
  • Manage the HR documentation process including employment contracts, offer letters, and policy acknowledgments
  • Support payroll processing by preparing and validating necessary data
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare reports for internal use and regulatory bodies as required


Recruitment Strategy & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term recruitment strategies to meet the company’s talent needs
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define job requirements
  • Create sourcing plans and utilize multiple channels (job boards, agencies, LinkedIn, universities)
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, feedback, and offer letters
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and retention
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions

Employee Relations & Performance Management:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for general HR inquiries from employees
  • Support the performance review and goal-setting processes
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Support disciplinary procedures and documentation


Training & Development

  • Coordinate logistics for internal training sessions and external learning opportunities
  • Maintain training records and assist with tracking mandatory compliance training


Benefits Administration

  • Assist in benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations
  • Respond to employee questions regarding benefits and liaise with third-party providers
  • Support annual open enrollment processes

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role (preferably including Cyprus location)
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information
