We are looking for a Junior+/Middle Business Analyst with hands-on experience in the Wealth Management or Stock Markets domain. You’ll join a fintech-focused team, contributing to the design of user interfaces and product features, gathering requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions in the trading and investment space.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience as an analyst in Wealth Management or Stock Markets / Trading domains
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project
  • Experience in designing interfaces
  • Experience in gathering and documentation requirements
  • Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of Waterfall and Agile
  • Experience with direct customer communication, presenting and justification of technical decisions
  • Usage of UML, BPMN

Nice to have:

  • Agile Methodology certification
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Understanding how wealth management companies run their processes
  • Knowledge of financial and stock market definitions and data
  • Experience in investing or trading (stocks / options / bonds/ crypto)
  • Experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services
