This is a hands-on operational role, where your impact comes from accuracy, consistency, and keeping things in order. You’ll be the person who helps everything run smoothly in finance: reconciling numbers, keeping data clean, making sure formulas work, and responding to team requests clearly and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reconcile accounts with partners, respond to requests, and share necessary information

Ensure all financial data is complete and accurate in our systems

Maintain Google Sheets: update formulas, check links, fix script errors

Generate payment links and categorize bank statement entries (BS, P&L, CF)

Issue invoices twice a month

Prepare quarterly reports on payment transactions

Record specific transactions under IFRS (e.g. loans, intangible assets)

Build analytical reports in Google Sheets based on management requests
What We’re Looking For

Strong command of Google Sheets: advanced formulas, cross-sheet logic

Experience with Google Apps Script: reading, adjusting, or writing basic scripts

Knowledge of IFRS and how it works in practice

English proficency
