What you’ll do

  • Be the go-to person for our rental partners: support, solve, explain — with clarity and care

  • Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and escalations with empathy, structure, and full ownership

  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth processes and partner satisfaction

  • Manage multiple systems and tools at once — from Google Sheets and Slack to Asana and product dashboards

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records across all channels

  • Handle both incoming partner requests and outgoing updates, reminders, and proactive communications

  • Communicate consistently — even if you’re saying the same thing five times, you do it with the same patience and professionalism

  • Switch seamlessly between different tasks, priorities, and departments without losing focus

What we’re looking for

  • You work fast — but never lose sight of details

  • You’re highly self-organized, engaged, and able to stay on top of multiple requests across different systems

  • You’re comfortable switching between different tasks, tools, and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • You write and speak clearly, respectfully, and with empathy — even when things get tense

  • You know your way around Slack, Asana, Google Sheets, and are comfortable working closely with product and operational tools

  • You’re proactive — you don’t wait for reminders to get things done, and you take ownership from start to finish

  • You’re not afraid to say “I’m not sure” — because you’ll quickly figure it out, confirm it, and explain it clearly
