Responsibilities

  • Analyze product funnels and identify drop-offs

  • Design, run, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests using Amplitude and other tools

  • Define and maintain event tracking requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers

  • Validate event data integrity using Kafka and Amplitude to ensure reliable analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor feature adoption and product KPIs

  • Investigate user behavior and segmentation patterns to support product decisions

  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for product and design teams

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, CRM, and engineering to align on metrics and product goals

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets

  • Hands-on experience with Amplitude (or a similar event-based analytics tool)

  • Proficient in Power BI for building and maintaining dashboards and reports

  • Direct experience working with Kafka event streams (mandatory)

  • Solid understanding of user behavior, funnels, and segmentation in digital products

  • Ability to define tracking requirements and collaborate with developers to implement them

  • Skilled in designing and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests

  • Capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for product teams

  • Fluent English

Would be a plus

  • Experience as a Data Analyst in the gambling industry

  • Experience working with APIs

  • Understanding of bonus mechanics, gamification, and retention loops

  • Familiarity with DBT or other data modeling tools

  • Experience designing events schema and working with frontend engineers
