We’re now looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our global product team. While you’ll initially focus on one of our country-specific projects, we work flexibly and dynamically — switching between markets as business priorities evolve.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Development:
-
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned market

Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and business goals
-
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user segmentation
-
Lead planning and discovery sessions with cross-functional global teams
Data-Driven Decision Making:
-
Monitor KPIs (conversion, retention, LTV, churn, etc.) and define success metrics
-
Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize features and user experience
-
Partner with BI/analytics teams to turn insights into actions
-
Use tools like GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel to measure product impact
Local Market Fit & UX:
-
Ensure a mobile-first, localized experience adapted to cultural and regulatory needs
-
Optimize key flows such as registration, KYC, deposit, gameplay, and withdrawal
-
Work closely with CRM and marketing to align bonuses, segmentation, and targeting
-
Iterate based on player feedback, support data, and feature performance
Payments & Localization:
-
Integrate and improve local payment options across different regions
-
Ensure KYC flows meet market-specific standards and provider requirements

Adapt content and visuals to each country’s cultural and language context
Compliance & Regulation:

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to meet local regulatory needs

Help prepare documentation and support audits where required

Stay updated on legal changes and proactively adapt the product accordingly

Ensure local implementation of responsible gambling tools
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with central and local teams (Retention, CRM, VIP, Legal, Support, Marketing)

Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release execution

Maintain clear prioritization and communication across time zones
-
Support global alignment while solving for local needs
Requirements
Mandatory:
-
3+ years of experience in digital product management
-
Experience in iGaming, fintech, or SaaS
-
Fluent in English
-
Willingness to deep-dive into local markets (Greece, Nigeria, Mexico, etc.) while keeping a global mindset and regulator rules
Professional Skills:

Strong prioritization and backlog management skills
-
Experience with A/B testing and interpreting analytics
-
Comfortable with Amplitude, GA4, Mixpanel, or similar tools

Understanding of digital payments and local fintech ecosystems
-
Awareness of regulatory and compliance frameworks in digital products
