42 Gaming Group is a rapidly growing international gaming operator working in regulated markets with local licenses. We are specialize in the B2C segment. Our operations in Greece have been running successfully for over 3 years, and we continue to actively develop across multiple European markets.
We are expanding our product team and looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our operations in Serbia and Greece - two fragmented markets with rapid evolution and constant need for deep context, user-centric thinking, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities

Analyze CRM campaigns, generate insights, suggest improvements

Segment users and identify churn-risk and reactivation potential

Track VIP player behavior and forecast potential drop-offs

Build dashboards and campaign reporting (Power BI)

Validate event data and segment triggers (Kafka or other event pipelines)
-
Align retention segmentation with traffic source attribution

Support bonus performance tracking and ROI evaluation
Requirements
-
Experience in the iGaming or bonus-heavy digital product space
-
Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large behavioral datasets

Hands-on experience traffic attribution (Keitaro)

Hands-on experience CRM automation (Customer.io or similar)

Familiarity with campaign targeting, triggered journeys, and segment logic

Confident working with dashboards and event data (Power BI or similar)

Understanding of streaming/event-based architectures (e.g., Kafka, Segment)

Fluent English and ability to translate insights into action
Would be a plus

Experience working with VIP player programs and manual reward logic

Familiarity with churn prediction, reactivation modeling, and retention scoring

Experience coordinating across CRM, marketing, and VIP operations
