42 Gaming Group is a rapidly growing international gaming operator working in regulated markets with local licenses. We are specialize in the B2C segment. Our operations in Greece have been running successfully for over 3 years, and we continue to actively develop across multiple European markets.
We are expanding our product team and looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our operations in Serbia and Greece - two fragmented markets with rapid evolution and constant need for deep context, user-centric thinking, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities

Analyze marketing channel performance: affiliate, paid, organic

Model LTV, ROMI, and retention by campaign, geo, and traffic source

Support A/B testing for funnels, landing pages, and bonus activations

Evaluate game performance across providers: contribution, volatility, engagement

Build and maintain dashboards for channel and game analytics (Power BI)

Work directly with raw event data via Kafka (e.g., clickstream, game sessions, conversions)

Provide insights that drive marketing and casino content decisions

Act as analytical partner to both user acquisition and game/content teams
Requirements

Experience in data analytics, preferably in iGaming or digital marketing

Advanced SQL and experience with attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Affilka or similar)

Understanding of behavioral metrics at both player and game level
-
Power BI proficiency for creating actionable reports and visualizations

Hands-on experience with event pipelines (Kafka, Segment, or equivalent)

Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into analytical frameworks

Comfortable working cross-functionally in remote, fast-paced environments

Fluent English
Would be a plus

Experience in performance marketing or user acquisition for high-volume products

Knowledge of RTP, volatility, hit rate, and other game design metrics

Familiarity with content monetization strategies and feature A/B testing

Understanding of attribution modeling and multi-touch conversion paths

Exposure to game provider data and product/content launch support
