About the Role: HR People Partner
As a People Partner, you will work closely with leadership and teams, acting as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on HR expert. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding, employee support, internal communications, HR research, HR analytics, and employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle for various roles.
  • Conduct onboarding to ensure smooth adaptation of new hires.
  • Hold one-to-one meetings to support engagement and integration.
Employee Support & Internal Communications
  • Serve as the main HR contact for the team, providing support on all HR matters.
  • Develop internal communication systems and deliver internal PR initiatives.
  • Organize greetings for employees and partners, coordinate business trips.
HR Research & Analytics
  • Conduct HR research and monitor best practices.
  • Perform HR analytics to improve processes and decision-making.
Employer Branding & Culture
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote the company as an employer of choice.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 1+ year in HR, preferably in international or fast-paced companies.
  • Skills: recruitment, onboarding, one-to-one meetings.
  • Experience with HR analytics and internal communications is a plus.
  • Proactive, empathetic, and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to build trust and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Languages
  • Russian: C1 — Native
  • English: B2–C1
