Senior Fullstack Developer (React/Node or React/Python)

We are looking to find a Senior Fullstack Developer (React/Node or React/Python) to join the product team of our Partner's innovative solution.

About the Product

Our Partner is building an advanced AI infrastructure control platform, giving organizations full visibility into the AI models they use and their data sources. The solution ensures transparency, traceability, and compliance through automated checks against standards such as the EU AI Act and NIST RMF, reducing risks and simplifying audits. Deep integration with business processes allows stakeholders to connect every business case with its underlying models, datasets, and outcomes - from idea to action.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the design and implementation of core features, from architecture to deployment.
• Build scalable backend services and integrate them with responsive frontend components.
• Take ownership of backend-heavy tasks, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Implement automated compliance checks and data transparency features.
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to integrate AI model governance into client workflows.
• Handle basic DevOps tasks to deploy, monitor, and maintain services.

You’ll Be A Great Fit If You Have:

• 6+ years of professional fullstack development experience (React/Node or React/Python).
• Strong backend development expertise with solid architectural decision-making skills.
• Proven experience building products from start to finish in a production environment.
• Knowledge of cloud services, APIs, and database design.
• Comfortable with basic DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
