Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, 11×11, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to support and shape of our key titles

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire delivery function in mobile projects (release and LiveOps)
  • Build and optimize process pipelines
  • Eliminate bottlenecks in processes — accelerate time-to-market, reduce overhead losses, scale/optimize teams
  • Implement and maintain effective production frameworks
  • Work directly with producers, game designers, art directors, and tech leads to ensure delivery quality
  • Oversee internal performance metrics: iteration speed, burn rate, team productivity, post-release retention
  • Leadand develop the team: delivery leads, project managers, production managers
  • Build a culture of planning, predictability, autonomy, and transparency

What we are looking for:

  • Experience managing full-cycle delivery processes in gaming or IT projects, preferably in mobile development
  • Ability to build and optimize production pipelines, eliminating bottlenecks, reducing time-to-market, and increasing team efficiency
  • Experience implementing flexible and scalable production frameworks (Agile,Scrum,Kanban, hybrid approaches)
  • Skills in working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze and manage internal metrics: iteration speed, burn rate, team workload, post-launch indicators
  • Experience managing a managerial structure: delivery and project managers, team leads, production managers
  • Deep understanding of production processes in game development: from planning and pre-production to release and support (would be an advantage)
