We are seeking a driven Business Development & Account Manager to grow our client portfolio and manage key accounts in the payment solutions industry. You will handle the full sales cycle — from prospecting to long-term relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new clients via exhibitions, conferences, outreach campaigns, calls, and social media.

  • Present products, identify needs, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

  • Launch services, oversee onboarding, and manage clients during the first months before full handover.

  • Maintain and grow existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored payment solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in payment providers/aggregators/systems.

  • Strong network in payment solutions.

  • Understanding of P2P, e-commerce, gambling/betting payment needs.

  • Experience with cryptocurrency processing and basic knowledge of exchanges.

  • Knowledge of KYC procedures (preferred).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and self-management skills.

  • English C1+
