We are currently expanding our regional team in Istanbul and are looking for a Booking Manager to join our growing operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle hotel and transfer bookings for airline crews and passengers across multiple countries
  • Negotiate and confirm reservations with hotels and transport providers
  • Monitor booking requests through various platforms (email, internal systems, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Ensure accuracy in rates, booking details, and service conditions
  • Communicate professionally with clients, including airlines and hotel partners Coordinate with internal departments: finance, account management, and tech support
  • Handle last-minute requests and irregular operations (IRROPs) with urgency and flexibility
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in CRM and booking systems

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, travel, or booking operations
  • Fluent in English; Turkish and/or additional languages are a strong advantage
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure, especially in crisis situations
  • Familiarity with airline operations and/or travel technology is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and online booking systems
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings/weekends (rotational)
