Next.js Developer

Location:
Remote (Working hours aligned with Colombia Time Zone: UTC/GMT -5)

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js and React
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver robust solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise

Requirements:

• Availability to work during Colombia business hours
• Excellent spoken and written English (B2+ or higher)
• 2+ years of experience with Next.js and React
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web application architecture
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.)
• Good understanding of Git and version control workflows
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed team and communicate across time zones

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SSR/SSG in Next.js
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, etc.)
