Обязанности:
  • Achieve the company’s corporate sales turnover and budget targets.
  • Actively acquire new customers for both short-term (monthly) and long-term car rentals in the Astana region, generating new customer turnover.
  • Manage the existing customer portfolio to ensure continuity and growth of turnover.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries and complaints from the managed portfolio.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular visits to potential and existing customers.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
Требования:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the service or car rental industry.
  • Knowledge of the Astana market and potential corporate client portfolio.
  • Strong analytical thinking and system-building capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong presentation abilities, and a professional appearance.
  • Proficiency in Kazakh, English and Russian.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
