Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s business strategy and define an account strategy that drives profitable growth and successful partnerships.
- Create and implement a Strategic Account Management plan to expand the company’s business with assigned accounts.
- Drive and manage key projects and major transactions (sell-in) while overseeing operational execution.
- Manage 1–2 key accounts within a specific segment or a large regional account.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience working with lighting solutions and products (preferably).
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
