QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:-
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR analytics or related field

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas is a plus)

Familiarity with Power BI, SQL or similar tools is a strong advantage

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage large datasets

Basic understanding of HR processes and metrics
- Higher education in HR, business analytics, economics or related fields

Collect, analyze, and visualize HR metrics, such as staff turnover, recruitment efficiency, employee engagement, etc.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for department heads and HR management

Generate forecasts and analytical insights based on key indicators

Automate reporting using Excel, Power BI, or other relevant tools

Participate in HR process optimization based on analytical findings
WHAT DO WE OFFER:

- Work schedule 5 days per week, working hours from 8.00 to 17.00 (lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00)
