For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Take part in the full development lifecycle of features (planning, development, testing, release to production, assist in production issues, etc.)
  • Making decisions on feature quality, managing bug debt, and taking responsibility for the quality of the delivered result at the team level.
  • Creating and maintaining test documentation (test cases, checklists, testing instructions, etc.)
  • Integration and system testing.
  • Testing focusing on functional, regression and release testing activities.
  • Participating in bug management processes (bug reporting, bug triage, bug updates, bug debt management, analysis of bug metrics and statistics, etc.)
  • Improving testing approaches.
  • Working in a cross-functional team with a producer, programmers, and an engineering manager, as well as interaction with developers and QA game teams on the following: optimization, performance improvement, and technical stability support.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • At least 1 year of experience in manual testing of mobile applications (iOS/Android).
  • Experience in testing and debugging mobile applications.
  • Understanding of the difference between platforms, testing approaches and techniques.
  • Experience with client-server testing.
  • Knowledge of the principles of operation of various applications (mobile, desktop, services, etc.)
  • Experience with API testing tools, sniffer tools, browser dev tools (Charles, Postman, Swagger, etc.)
  • Experience with development and CI tools (Git, SVN, Jenkins, TestRail, Jira, Asana, etc.), ability to work with pipelines and logs.
  • Experience with analytical systems, including error monitoring tools.
  • Experience in documentation creation (check lists, test-cases).
  • Experience in analysing data using SQL queries and related tools.
  • Analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills, along with the ability to prioritize and take responsibility for results.
  • Self-management skills.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.
