Education / Experience requirements to candidates:
- Minimum 3 years working experience as F&B Director in a premium 5 * Hotel
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in handling all the aspects of F&B Service operations
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
- Natural hospitality and people oriented
- University degree
- Fluent English
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Food and Beverage Strategy and Goals
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest service standards
- Lead Food and Beverage Teams
- Maximize Food and Beverage Revenue
- Ensure Exceptional Customer Service
- Ensure and develop service quality and modern trends in the F&B industry
