Job responsibilities :
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between customer and company.
- Sales plan (sell-in and sell-out) fulfillment
- NPL: new product launch development in border of customer (TM, Instore) and actual implementation
- Trade spend management on the most effective way
- Coordinate with e-commerce patners' team;
- Managing PSI; -Plan and control marketing activities on e-com partners website;
- Control the supply of goods to e-commerce partners;
- Content placement on e-commerce partners' sites;
- Sales planning: annual, quarterly, monthly;
- Drawing up reports on sales for a week, a month, etc. Development of measures to improve work efficiency;
- Development of incentive measures to ensure the implementation of the sales plan.
Requirements:
- Work experience from 1 to 3 years in the sales department, e-com direction as an advantage.
- Knowledge of English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the specifics of working with Internet sites as an advantage.
- Higher economic/marketing education is desirable
