We are looking for a CRM Manager to drive customer engagement and retention through data-driven strategies and campaigns. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Manage CRM systems (MCM, Adobe, MMS), ensure data quality and integrations.
  • Analyze customer data, report on KPIs, and turn insights into actions.
  • Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, app push, in-app).
  • Design loyalty programs and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
  • Project management skills; experience in retail/e-commerce is a plus.
