We are looking for a CRM Manager to drive customer engagement and retention through data-driven strategies and campaigns. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage CRM systems (MCM, Adobe, MMS), ensure data quality and integrations.
- Analyze customer data, report on KPIs, and turn insights into actions.
- Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, app push, in-app).
- Design loyalty programs and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
- Project management skills; experience in retail/e-commerce is a plus.
