Finance Manager

We are a fast-growing real estate advisory and brokerage firm in Dubai, working with international investors. In just our first year, we’ve built a profitable business with an international team, and now we’re looking for a Finance Manager to own our financial backbone - modeling, reporting, and ensuring our operations run with precision.

What You’ll Do

• Own and continuously refine the company’s financial model, including revenue forecasting, cost management, and scenario planning

• Control outsourced accountants to ensure accurate reporting

• Oversee all financial back-office processes: payment approvals, invoicing, and compliance with UAE regulations

• Develop and monitor key financial KPIs and cash flow management

• Work directly with the CEO (ex-BCG, ex-banker) to support strategic decisions with data-driven financial insights

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in corporate finance, FP&A, or financial control

• Hands-on financial modeling expertise (Excel) and ability to design scenarios under uncertainty

• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable; you thrive in an environment where accuracy and speed both matter

• Advanced English

• Can be either a part-time or a full-time role. Fully remote.
