Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full HR cycle for foreign employees (recruitment, contracts, onboarding, relocation, extensions, and exit formalities).
Liaise with Russian government authorities, including migration services, labor inspectorates, and other regulatory bodies.
Handle visa processes, work permits, Highly Qualified Specialist (HQS) documentation, and medical requirements for foreign staff.
Maintain and update employee records in accordance with Russian labor law.
Prepare and submit mandatory HR reports and documentation to authorities.
Coordinate with project managers and department heads to ensure manpower availability.
Advise management on labor law compliance, HR policies, and procedures.
Act as the main point of contact for foreign employees regarding HR-related issues.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Russia, preferably with foreign employees.
Strong knowledge of Russian labor law, migration law, and HQS visa procedures.
Proven experience in coordinating with Russian government authorities.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Fluent in English and Russian (English mandatory).
