We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of initiatives for international FMCG company. This role will focus on budget management, competitor analysis, promotional strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to drive market success.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage RRP budgets, reporting, and performance tracking

Lead competitor and consumer insights analysis

Develop and implement product support and trade marketing strategies

Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver projects on time

Support RTM strategy and demand planning processes
Requirements:

5+ years in brand marketing, ideally in FMCG
-
Experience in brand activation and project management
-
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
-
Fluent in English (Kazakh is a plus)

Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP, PLM, or AMS is a bonus
