What You Will Do
- Distribute leads: Manage high-volume lead flow across agents using Bitrix CRM for fair allocation and prioritisation.
- Optimise performance: Monitor lead flow and agent activity, making real-time adjustments to boost efficiency and conversions.
- Collaborate with sales: Align lead distribution with sales objectives and provide clear communication across teams.
- Analyse data: Evaluate lead quality, conversion trends, and provide insights to improve performance.
- Maintain CRM integrity: Ensure accurate data entry, categorisation, and lead assignment within Bitrix CRM.
- Integrate systems: Work with IT to keep CRM seamlessly connected with other business platforms.
- Resolve issues: Troubleshoot CRM challenges and coordinate fixes with IT for smooth daily operations.
Who We Are Looking For
We’re seeking a data-driven, tech-savvy professional who thrives in fast-paced sales environments and knows how to keep complex CRM systems running smoothly.
- Experience: Hands-on experience with Bitrix CRM or similar lead management tools.
- Technical skills: Strong IT background with CRM integration and troubleshooting expertise.
- Attention to detail: Proven ability to handle large data volumes with accuracy and speed.
- Analytical ability: Skilled at reading performance metrics and optimising lead allocation.
- Communication: Clear and effective coordination with sales teams and cross-department stakeholders.
- Industry knowledge: Previous experience in forex, finance, or sales operations is an advantage.
- Personal traits: Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable managing priorities in a high-energy environment.
