We are in search of a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist/People Partner to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks while also serving as a trusted advisor to employees and managers. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, exceptional organisational capabilities, and the ability to foster positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including processing employee data changes and documentation.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Drive and support mobility processes, including employee relocations, while optimizing collaboration with finance and legal teams.
- Monitor team dynamics, proactively identify issues, and drive resolution at the departmental level.
- Act as a trusted partner for employees and managers, advising on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Handle employee queries with professionalism, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, People Partner, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in English (at least B2).
- Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
