What You Will Do

• Design courses: Develop engaging e-learning using Articulate Rise, SCORM/xAPI and similar tools.
• Manage LMS: Oversee user roles, enrolments, and automated workflows to support learning journeys.
• Build pathways: Create structured learning programmes aligned with business KPIs and employee development.
• Update content: Collaborate with SMEs to refresh and improve training materials.
• Test modules: Troubleshoot, review, and ensure courses meet quality and engagement standards.
• Deliver output: Produce 3-4 well-executed courses weekly while managing multiple timelines.
• Track data: Monitor learner progress and completions, reporting insights to stakeholders.
• Lead team: Manage and mentor a team of 3–5 instructional designers or content developers.

Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer who can balance technical skills with a passion for learning.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in LMS-focused instructional design roles.
• Leadership: Proven experience managing a team of 3–5 people.
• Course delivery: Track record of designing and launching 20+ e-learning courses monthly.
• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Talent LMS, Articulate Rise, SCORM standards, and authoring tools.
• Productivity: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Digital literacy: Eye for design and fluency with tools like PowToon or Canva.
• Background: Education, training, marketing, or instructional design experience is a plus.
• Location: Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Soft skills: Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
