What you’ll do:
  • Act as the ambassador of the project’s visual style, ensuring consistency and quality across all art

  • Create the full range of stylized game art: from character concepts to polished, full-scale illustrations

  • Provide support and feedback to 2D, 3D, and VFX artists to align the visual vision

  • Deliver constructive art feedback to maintain and refine the project’s unique style

  • Communicate effectively within the 2D team and across departments to drive collaboration

What you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar lead or senior 2D role in the game industry

  • Strong skills in stylized art and the ability to adapt to an established project style

  • Solid understanding of 3D basics, animation principles, and VFX fundamentals

  • Knowledge of art content production pipelines for 3D-based games

  • Ability to tackle complex and unconventional creative challenges independently

  • Proven experience giving constructive feedback and ensuring top-quality results

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Nice to Have

  • Formal art education
  • Experience working with Unity

  • Basic knowledge of 3D software (Maya, 3ds Max, SketchUp, ZBrush, etc.)

  • Experience collaborating with outsourcing teams

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools / neural networks in art production

  • A genuine passion for great games
