Retention Specialist

Job Summary. We are Сitifuel, a leading provider of fuel cards and fleet management solutions. Our mission is to help businesses across the country save money, optimize fuel expenses, and simplify logistics.

As our client base continues to grow, we are looking for a Retention Specialist to strengthen relationships with existing clients, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain regular communication with existing B2B clients via calls, emails, and meetings
• Identify at-risk clients (reduced activity, overdue payments, declining spend) and take proactive steps to re-engage them
• Prevent churn by offering tailored solutions and incentives based on client needs
• Gather client feedback and analyze reasons for cancellations or decreased usage
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate records and communication history in the CRM system
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Analytics teams.
• Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in Retention, Customer Success, or Account Management (preferably in B2B)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data and customer metrics
• Excellent spoken and written English/Russian/Uzbek
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
