Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing category strategies
  • Own and drive market analysis to generate insights and identify growth opportunities
  • Craft and manage the marketing mix (Proposition, Product, Pack, Price, Place, Promotions) based on sales and market data
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovation projects and adapt local artworks
  • Support in achieving category profitability targets
  • Lead the creation and follow-up of communication and brand campaigns
  • Manage and adjust the marketing budget based on performance and business needs
  • Assist in leading the category team to ensure target delivery through regular team meetings

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within FMCG, with experience in brand marketing, campaign planning, and end-to-end product launches
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience in market analysis and marketing mix management
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously independently / leading cross-functions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Russian and English is required, both oral and written. Knowledge of Kazakh is a plus
