Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing category strategies
- Own and drive market analysis to generate insights and identify growth opportunities
- Craft and manage the marketing mix (Proposition, Product, Pack, Price, Place, Promotions) based on sales and market data
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovation projects and adapt local artworks
- Support in achieving category profitability targets
- Lead the creation and follow-up of communication and brand campaigns
- Manage and adjust the marketing budget based on performance and business needs
- Assist in leading the category team to ensure target delivery through regular team meetings
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within FMCG, with experience in brand marketing, campaign planning, and end-to-end product launches
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in market analysis and marketing mix management
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously independently / leading cross-functions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Russian and English is required, both oral and written. Knowledge of Kazakh is a plus
