We're looking for a VIP Coordinator to join our VIP Department.
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with VIP and pre-VIP clients via messengers, email, and chats.
  • Provide prompt assistance with account-related issues, payments, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain a trust-based relationship with clients.
  • Resolve conflicts with professionalism and within company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with CRM, payments, and operations teams to ensure smooth processes.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or client-oriented teams.
  • Native Russian speaker with excellent written communication.
  • English: B1 or higher (for understanding internal systems and cross-department communication).
  • Strong communication skills — ability to build trust and conduct confident, polite dialogue.
  • Basic knowledge of payment methods (bank cards, P2P, cryptocurrency).
  • Experience working in CRM/support platforms.
  • Stress resilience and ability to work in multitasking mode.
  • Willingness to work on a shift schedule.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with VIP or high-value clients.
  • Understanding of CIS market specifics.
  • Experience in conflict resolution.
