Role Description
The Admin Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day office management, HR activities, procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Previous experience in a relevant role
Responsibilities:
- Organization of supplies to office and sites;
- Organization air/rain tickets for business trip of employees;
- Hotel arrangement;
- Transportation arrangement;
- Preparation and submission of employee purchasing applications;
- Negotiating and concluding contracts;
- Participation for meeting;
- HR activities (teambuilding, birthday parties etc).
