SMM Manager

We’re looking for an SMM Manager to work on AIBY projects, building a strong online presence, engaging audiences, and growing the brand across social media platforms.

What you will do:

• Create and implement SMM strategies for promoting mobile apps across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

• Analyze the target audience and competitors

• Identify, analyze, and adapt trends and news events

• Develop content plans, create and publish content (texts, images, videos) in English

• Handle copywriting and account moderation in English

• Conduct SMM activities

• Analyze and report on key statistics and metrics

What you should have:

• 2 years of experience as an SMM Manager

• Proven successful cases of implementing SMM strategies with measurable results

• Deep understanding of social media principles, trends, and platform algorithms

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, or others) and mobile apps for creating video content

• Successful experience with TikTok, including idea generation, video creation, and editing

• A good eye for design and visual awareness

• Proven experience working with TikTok, including idea generation, video creation, and editing

• At least an Intermediate level of English

• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

• Creativity and proactivity

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
