We are a fast-growing iGaming project and we have already established a strong presence across several CIS geos. Currently, we are in an active expansion phase, scaling rapidly and unlocking new markets. To support our growth, we are looking for a Talent Sourcer to strengthen our recruitment team.
Responsibilities:
- Search for candidates using various channels: LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, specialized forums and professional communities, and other resources.
- Build candidate pipelines for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Make initial contact with candidates: outreach, presenting the company, and checking interest.
- Maintain candidate databases (ATS/CRM, Excel, internal systems).
- Conduct labor market analysis and research of target audiences for complex and rare positions.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify role requirements.
- Support employer branding: contribute to content selection, post job ads, and promote vacancies on social media.
- 6–12 months of experience as a Sourcer / Researcher / IT Recruiter.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn Recruiter / PeopleForce / AmazingHiring, etc.).
- Ability to work with and systematize large amounts of information.
- Strong communication skills and excellent written language.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (for candidate communication).

- Experience in consulting, IT, or iGaming.
- Skills in conducting initial interviews (screening).
