About Us
Six Stairs Ltd is a London-based staircase design, fabrication, and installation company. We specialise in high-end bespoke staircases—floating, zig-zag, curved, and spine designs—with premium finishes such as oak, stone, glass, and lighting. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Remote Sales Manager who will work from abroad (Kazakhstan) to support our UK operations.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone seeking well-paid, stable work from home with structured training and support. The successful candidate must be fully committed to the role, willing to work UK hours when required, and comfortable making calls and sending texts daily. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, qualifying leads, gathering information, and scheduling meetings, while keeping detailed notes on each client in our CRM.
Key Responsibilities

Daily Communication

Call, message, and follow up with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Gather detailed project information and log notes in the CRM.

Schedule meetings and site visits for the UK team.

Lead Qualification

Assess inquiries to ensure they meet project requirements (budget, timeline, technical feasibility).

Keep pipeline organised with accurate client data.

Training & Development

Participate in structured training on sales processes, CRM usage, and product knowledge.

Apply training to deliver excellent customer communication.

Commitment & Availability

Work remotely from Kazakhstan, aligned with UK business hours (approx. 11:00–20:00 local Kazakhstan time).

Be available for calls/messages throughout the working day.

Provide regular updates to the Director and team.

Requirements

Strong spoken and written English (fluency will be tested).

Confidence in phone-based communication and professional messaging.

Ability to take detailed notes and follow structured processes.

Comfortable working independently and remotely.

Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace.
Preferred

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or admin support.

Familiarity with construction, interior design, or related industries.

Experience with CRMs (e.g., Capsule, HubSpot, Salesforce).
