Affiliate Network Manager

Are you an experienced affiliate marketing professional with a passion for building high-performing teams and scaling partner networks? We are looking for an Affiliate Network Manager to lead our affiliate program and grow a top-tier affiliate and influencer ecosystem. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and team leadership, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on our growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of affiliate coordinators, account managers, and content specialists.

• Set ambitious goals, define KPIs, and create a culture of accountability and success.

• Provide coaching, training, and continuous feedback to drive both team and individual growth.

Drive Affiliate Success

• Build strong, lasting relationships with affiliates and influencers.

• Negotiate partnerships, commission structures, and promotional campaigns that deliver results.

• Ensure all affiliates operate within brand and legal guidelines, maintaining our high standards.

Strategize & Scale

• Design and execute strategies to expand our affiliate and influencer network.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, content, and paid media teams to amplify campaign performance.

• Align affiliate initiatives with broader company growth objectives for maximum impact.

Measure & Optimize

• Track and analyze KPIs (CAC, ROI, conversion rates) across your team and partner network.

• Provide actionable insights and performance reports to senior leadership.

• Identify underperforming partners or strategies and optimize resources for better results.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience managing affiliate networks

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
