Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of planning, implementing, and maintaining a Windows support strategy for over 3,500 server systems;

• Confidently explaining and clarifying complex topics in direct interactions with customers;

• Managing the regular execution of the patch strategy, including preparing reports, performing compliance checks, and coordinating results with relevant stakeholders;

• Continuously developing and optimizing operational processes, aligned with ITIL best practices;

• Evaluating new features and assessing their practical value, leveraging your in-depth Windows expertise;

• Ensuring operational compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), while resolving complex, cross-functional customer issues with a solution-oriented approach.

We’ll know you’re a great fit if you have:

• Several years of experience in the ICT field, with a strong focus on Windows administration;

• Solid knowledge of automation technologies and system management tools, particularly SCCM and MECM;

• Hands-on experience in provisioning, operating, and maintaining Windows servers (both VM and bare-metal), including OSD, antivirus, and patch management;

• Proven expertise in application deployment and packaging, along with scripting, reporting, performance tuning, and further development;

• Experience in designing, implementing, maintaining, and automating server standards, policies, and compliance baselines;

• Familiarity with regular updates, testing, and support of features and content, as well as process optimization;

• Strong troubleshooting, fault resolution, and documentation skills.

The following will be considered a plus:

• Experience working in an agile environment with MS AD, SCCM, SCVMM, SCOM, Hyper-V, and VMware;

• Relevant certifications (e.g., SCCM, MECM);

• Strong expertise in Active Directory, PKI, and DNS;

• Experience collaborating within an OCD framework.
