Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction and drive performance in line with corporate goals.
- Expand freight forwarding services across all
transport modes. - Build client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Serve as M&M's local representative to
government and partners. - Lead and develop а team of approx. 20 employees.
- Work experience: А specialist for international transports with а deep knowledge of one of the three main competences (road, intermodal, air) and at least 10 years'
experience. - An entrepreneurial spirit;
- Used to an international, European work
environment; - Understands that his/her role comes with а high degree of independence and responsibility
- 1s customer and sales driven;
- Experienced leading teams
- Fluent in English, Uzbek, Russian
- A five-day working week
- Official employment
- 3 months probation period
- Office in the city center
- Direct subordination to the head office
