ROLE DESCRIPTION
Product Manager will be responsible for accessories direction development RF, CIS, Caucasus markets. Category/product analysis, preparation marketing plan and market reviews, conducting promo campaigns and strategy implementation, dealers and end-users support, trade-marketing, product and educational materials preparation and sales activities to boost the overall sales of the category.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product management: category and product analysis; new products launching; yearly and monthly planning of sales forecasts, orders for placing on factories; competitor analysis and regular pricing; assortment matrix by channel follow-up and control.
- Marketing management: forming marketing calendar with the focus on product, price and competitors; preparation of promo campaigns online/offline, sell-in and sell-out promo auctions, participation in preparation of POS materials, presentations, leaflet and product catalogue; knowledge base preparation; conducting presentations and master classes both for internal and external usage, organization and participation in conferences, exhibitions, trainings.
- Technical support: meeting with the clients and end-users; following-up incoming inquires; preparation of quick guides and questionnaires.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of relevant experience;
- High degree;
- Knowledge of electrical tools or work experience is a strong plus;
- Good analytical skills including numbers and situational analyses;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Advanced user of MS Office – Excel (pivot tables), Power Point (combined diagrams), 1C;
- English Intermediate.
