Responsibilities:
  • Undertake the company's development strategy and achieve the market goals (revenue, profit, share, etc.)
  • Replenish the product lineup in a timely manner according to the market situation in Central Asia, optimize the proportion of middle and high-end product sales, and improve the level of profit margins.
  • Focus on the terminal, including product marketing, store sampling, display, etc., to ensure that product sales goals are achieved.
  • New product planning, parallel process nodes to ensure that new products are listed on time to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of experience in a similar position in CIS area.
  • Understanding the specifics of product promotion and sale in prof channel.
  • Experienced in developing conducting and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Negotiation skills with clients from CIS countries.
